The essence of Ho’oponopono
Ho’oponopono is a centuries' old Hawaiian forgiveness ritual. Ho'oponopono literally means setting something right, correcting mistakes. Ho’oponopono as a basic principle believes that man is in essence good, but that life is influenced by negative memories and subconscious programmes. This ritual of forgiveness teaches that nothing really exists beyond yourself, how you can take 100% responsibility and that you always have a choice in how you handle reality. It teaches you to let go and brings inner peace.

One of the tools in the Ho’oponopono process of helping you to let go is drinking blue solar water.

Hawaiian Mornah Nalamaku Simeona (1913 – 1992), one of Ho’oponopono’s most recognised practitioners, has said: "If we can accept that we are the sum total of our thoughts, emotions, words, deeds and actions from our past and that our current lives and choices are coloured and overshadowed by the storage in our memories, we can begin to realise how a process of correcting and setting things right can change our own life, our family's lives and those of our society.”
